Refund and Returns
Gill Horner Designs operates a ‘no-quibbles’ guarantee and will replace in full any damaged or faulty item(s). Notification should be received by Gill Horner Designs of the problem within 30 days of receipt. Contact our Returns Team at: info@gillhornerdesigns.co.uk or on: 01642-644512 If the return is due to an error made by Gill Horner Designs, postage shall also be refunded. For your own protection, you are recommended to return any items using a registered postage facility. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s).

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and any arising disputes resulting from the use of the Gill Horner Designs website shall be dealt with in the English Courts.
